Delhi Fusion Indian Cuisine
Looking for a spot that hits the craving for real Indian flavors without leaving Vancouver? Delhi Fusion Indian Cuisine on 1859 Commercial Dr might just be your new go-to. It’s that kind of Indian restaurant where the spices actually speak, and the portions are just right, so you can try a few different plates without feeling heavy.
They’ve made it super easy to get your food exactly how you need it-whether you’re dashing home from work or planning a cozy dinner at your place. You can grab kerbside pickup, go for no-contact delivery, or even swing by the drive-through if you’re in a hurry. Of course, if you’re in the mood to soak in that warm Indian restaurant vibe, dine-in is always an option.
What makes Delhi Fusion Indian Cuisine stand out is the way they handle their offerings. You’ll find healthy options for when you’re trying to eat clean, and if you’re out late exploring Commercial Drive, they’ve got late-night food covered, too. Don’t miss their small plates; they’re perfect for sharing if you’re with friends, or for sampling different flavors without committing to just one dish.
The food itself keeps a beautiful balance between traditional recipes and a modern twist. It’s not just about the classic curries; it’s about how the spices are layered, how the naan arrives warm, and how the aroma makes you hungry before you even start eating. If you’re looking to add a splash of spice to your usual takeout routine, their butter chicken, veggie samosas, and lentil dals are worth trying.
It’s the kind of place where you can stop by for a quick bite, pick up dinner on the way home, or sit down and slow down with plates arriving warm and fresh. Delhi Fusion Indian Cuisine knows how to keep things simple while letting the food speak for itself.
Delhi Fusion Indian Cuisine Reviews
I recently visited Delhi Fusion Indian Cuisine, and I was thoroughly impressed! The Hawai Guava drink was refreshing and unique—definitely a must-try. The highlight of my meal, though, was the Tandoori Chicken. It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just delicious. I highly recommend trying it. Overall, a great experience with fantastic food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
Great thali experience. They got butter chicken or potato option with rice desert and veggies. Great combo. A must try for lunch at 12.99. Can't beat such an offer. We had masala chai tea after as well 10/10. Don't sleep on this deal! One of the Vancouver Lower mainlands best Indian thalis no question. A cute waitress. Thanks again.
It was my first time visiting this place. I went here to get some take out dinner. The ambience was pretty good and I wished I could have dined in rather than do the take out. It was not very crowded when I went around 9 PM. But I can imagine it getting crowded during peak hours. I had chole Bathure and mango lassi, both of which were extremely delicious! I would definitely come back here again and try some other vegetarian food.
I really enjoy this restaurant and all the food I've tried so far, and I've tried a lot of the items. The Samosas (Samosa Chaat) and Pakoras are the best I've had at any restaurant so far. I love their Cauliflower 65 as well, and I still have a lot more to try and enjoy from their extensive menu. No complaints at all! The portions are very nice and large compared to many other restaurants charging more, and I hope they only get bigger while maintaining the much more reasonable and fair prices that they have currently. So many restaurants make their items too expensive to be able to return frequently, but I've been here three times in a very short amount of time and expect to return very regularly due to how enjoyable the experience has been every time so far! Even their Kheer was delicious, and their Mango Lassi was affordable, beautiful (great for photos) and delicious (and they can adjust it to specifications by request probably since they are very accommodating and pleasant with all the customers I've seen them deal with). I am also extremely pleased with their very late hours (they've just extended their Granville hours to a 3:00 A.M. closing time), since there are so few options available at late hours for people working or off work at later times! This is my favorite restaurant, with the best food that I've had in Vancouver, the people making the food really know what they are doing! I highly recommend trying it out, and it is a safe bet to bring friends and guests to since the food has been very consistently good since their opening here on Granville in the Marpole area (near Marine Drive, and the Safeway).
Tried this Indian spot for dinner and was genuinely impressed. The flavors were bold and authentic, especially the butter chicken and garlic naan—total comfort food. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the vibe was relaxed but lively. Prices were fair for the quality. Definitely coming back when I’m craving something hearty and flavorful.
Excellent food, among the best Indian food I’ve had in the Pacific Northwest! Had the Palak Paneer and Rogan Josh with a side of garlic naan and mango lassi. The food took a bit of time to come out of the kitchen but it was made fresh and worth the wait.
I had an amazing experience at Delhi Fusion Indian Cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors and authentic spices. The chili momo was a standout—perfectly spiced with a great balance of heat and flavor. The service ...
The restaurant was clean, and the service was very polite. The butter chicken curry had very mild spices, so I was able to enjoy it with my child, and both of us liked it so much! The mango lassi was rich and very tasty, making it the perfect drink to have with the curry. The garlic naan that came with the curry was also very delicious, and the amount was enough for us, so we were very satisfied.
